Dr. Weinfeld serves as CEO of Ramot, bringing to the position over twenty years of industry and technology transfer experience.
Prior to assuming his current position, Ze'ev was Executive Vice President, Business Development at Ramot. He joined Ramot in March 2001 as VP Intellectual
Property and Business Development. Prior to joining Ramot, Ze'ev was Director of Image Guided Surgery and Intellectual Property at Biosense Webster, a Johnson &
Johnson company, and was a member of the management team in Israel. Before that, he served in a number of project and product managerial positions in the R&D and Marketing Departments of Elscint Ltd.'s Nuclear Medicine Division (now part of GE Medical). Holds a PhD degree in Physics from Tel Aviv University. |

| Irit Ben Chlouch VP Business Development, Life Sciences  |
Manages business development activities for life
science technologies developed at TAU. Holds an MSc in Molecular Genetics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Prior to joining Ramot in 2001, Irit served as CTO for LabTech Ltd., a biotechnology accelerator providing laboratory facilities and business expertise for biotech/pharma entrepreneurs and served as the Sales & Marketing Manager for Rhenium Ltd., a leading Israeli supplier of medical research products and devices. |

| Tamar Raz, Ph.D VP Marketing and Strategy  |
Dr Raz serves as VP Marketing and Strategy, responsible for strategic alliances and marketing activities. Prior to assuming her current position, Tamar managed business development activities for life science technologies developed at TAU, as Director of Business Development at Ramot. Her PhD and MSc were earned in Embryology & Teratology from Tel Aviv University. Prior to joining Ramot in 2004, Tamar managed the establishment of Allergene Ltd. as an incubator project in 1998 and served as its CEO until the end of 2003. She established and managed corporate and academic relationships, animal models research, and pre-clinical development operations; she also managed fund-raising efforts yielding first round investment via venture capital, corporate collaborations, contract research relationships, and government grants. |

| Larry Loev Director of Business Development, Physical Sciences  |
Responsible for business development in the areas of engineering, computer and exact sciences at TAU. Holds an M.Sc. degree in Applied Physics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. Larry has a broad background in the Israeli hi tech industry, filling positions as engineer and project manager and gaining experience in varied technologies such as thin film FAB, CO2 lasers, image processing, thermo-optical selective coatings and electro-optic diagnostic devices. From 1995 to 1998, Larry was general manager of CEFAR, a start-up developing innovative image capture cards. Before joining Ramot in 2006, Larry was R&D manager at Medical Enterprises, a medical device company developing equipment for treating bladder cancer. |

| Keren Primor Cohen General Counsel  |
Responsible for Ramot legal affairs, including negotiating technology licensing and other agreements. Keren holds a B.A. in Economics, an LL.B. and an LL.M. all from Tel-Aviv University and is a member of the Israeli Bar Association since year 2000. Keren served as a legal counsel at Ramot since February 2007 and entered into the position of Ramot's General Counsel on July 2010. Prior to joining Ramot, Keren served as a legal counsel at Yeda Research and Development Co. Ltd., the Technology Transfer Office of the Weizmann Institute of Science. Prior to that, Keren served as a legal counsel at RiT Technologies Ltd. an Israeli publicly traded company. |

| Shulamit Hirsch, Ph.D Director, Intellectual Property  |
Responsible for intellectual property matters at Ramot. Holds a PhD degree in Chemistry from Tel Aviv University and is a registered Patent Attorney before the Israeli Ministry of Justice. Prior to joining Ramot in September 2005, Shulamit was a Senior Patent Attorney at Reinhold Cohn and Partners, a major full-service intellectual property Israeli firm. Before that, she served as an R&D chemist at MacDermid, Israel, a wholly owned subsidiary of MacDermid Inc., a global specialty chemicals company serving the diversified needs of the Electronics, Industrial, Offshore and Printing industries. |

Serves as the CFO of Ramot. Holds a B.A. degree in Accounting and Economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
