Ramot at Tel Aviv University: Innovation and Excellence in Technology Transfer

Our mission is to foster, initiate, lead, and manage the transfer of new technologies from the laboratory to the marketplace and to strengthen the relationship between TAU's research community and the business community. Ramot's objectives include:

• Securing strong patent protection for inventions made at TAU
• Maximizing the commercial potential of technologies developed at TAU
• Increasing the rate of transfer of emerging technologies from the lab to industry
• Generating new revenue streams for TAU and its inventors from the licensing of TAU technologies
• Initiating and supporting the establishment of start-ups based on promising TAU technologies
